Videos and Books
Due to the obvious consumable nature of video and print media, refunds are not possible for products which have been opened, viewed or are in less than new condition. Should a video title be defective, we are happy to immediately replace it with another copy of the same title.
Video products which are unopened and in new condition can be returned within 30 days. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Toys and Supplies
Dye lot and color variations occur from time to time depending on product and availability. While we make every effort to notify our customers, we do not guarantee against lot color or material variations.
Special Orders/Custom Products
Special order and custom products are sometimes available upon request. We deal with a range of vendors which can provide us with products to your specifications when possible. If there is something you can't find, let us know, and we will try to find it or have it fabricated for you. We do not accept returns or exchanges on special order or custom products.
