Our default delivery format is DVD. We have a very small inventory of VHS inventory available for those who still think these little plastic discs are simply a "fad". For those who don't know, DVD's are explained below.
- DVD (Digital Versatile Disc)
A high capacity, high transfer rate disc which looks like a Compact Disc. Canine Training Systems® titles which are available on DVD are often multi-language or contain subtitles, and when a purchasing option, they are listed in the product description and option pull down menu in our secure shopping cart. All DVD's currently in production are being authored in NTSC format which works on approximately 95% of the world's DVD players when professionally authored and replicated. Please verify your equipment prior to ordering.
Note- Please be sure your DVD player will accept NTSC DVD's prior to ordering this option when viewing outside North America. (we have had zero incompatibility issues)
Customer's that have previously purchased VHS® versions of titles currently available on DVD may upgrade their VHS® purchase for the difference in base price. Please return your VHS® title with the appropriate upgrade fee and postage ($7.00 postage for the first title upgrade and $2.00 for each additional). Each upgrade must also include the upgrade request form located here.

We ship using a variety of shippers and fee structures. Because we ship combinations of videos, books, training products and supplies, shipping costs through our secure site are approximations. Shipping charges are typically based on weight, bulk and method used. We ship using the most economical, efficient method, unless another method is specified. Should you have special requests when shipping or need an exact shipping price, please let us know in the "Special Instructions" window in our secure shopping cart, or contact us for pricing.
Standard U.S. shipping is USPS Priority Mail (average delivery time is 2-4 days- not guaranteed). We also routinely ship UPS and FedEx both nationally and internationally. Exact pricing is available should these options be requested. Should you have a special requirement, please let us know, we are happy to accommodate it.
International Shipping is based on real-time information from the shippers we use and do not include import duties, custom fees or tariffs specific to the country receiving the package. We won't be responsible for specific charges incurred at destination and advise that you verify what charges may be incurred prior to placing your order.
We consider your repeat business our highest accolade and we want you to purchase titles that benefit you and your canine partner. Our ongoing multi-disc discount is designed with this end in mind. When 3 or more of our original titles (DVD's denoted with our logo) normally priced $49.95 each or more, are purchased at one time, you will save $10.00 per title. Many bundled specials already reflect deeper discounts so it won't apply, and others include additional discounts based on quantity and individual series. We encourage you to pick your own titles and create a bundled solution that fits your needs. If you have a question or need help selecting a product, please give us a call.
Note- Many bundled specials offer deeper discounts than our multi-disc discount calculates and are not subject to further discount.
DVD's, Media and Books
Canine Training Systems® reserves the right to refuse any sale at any time to anyone for any reason. The Purchaser of our products agree that their purchase is being made solely for personal, in-home use. Any commercial use, including public display, rental, or other business use, whether for payment or for free, is strictly prohibited without a further license agreement with Forest Run Productions, Inc. By purchasing, you are entering into a binding agreement with Canine Training Systems® and are subject to all legal remedies available for violation of this agreement as more specifically detailed in our Terms of Use.
Due to the obvious consumable nature of video and print media, refunds are not possible for products which have been opened, viewed or are in less than new condition. Video products which are unopened and in new condition can be returned within 30 days. All returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Due to the delicate nature of optical discs, we urge you to provide adequate care and protection. If a title is damaged or altered, replacement may not be possible. We request that all claims for defective titles be made within 14 business days of receipt by the original purchaser to be considered for replacement. Proof of purchase may be required.
Toys and Supplies
Dye lot and color variations occur from time to time depending on product and availability. While we make every effort to notify our customers, we do not guarantee against lot color or material variations.
Special Orders/Custom Products
Special order and custom products are sometimes available upon request. We deal with a range of vendors which can provide us with products to your specifications when possible. If there is something you can't find, let us know, and we will try to find it or have it fabricated for you. We do not accept returns or exchanges on special order or custom products.
