Returns & Refunds
Due to the obvious consumable nature of video and print media, refunds are not possible for products that have been opened, streamed/viewed on Podium View™ or are in less than new condition. Video products (DVD's) that are unopened, in new condition may be returned within 15 days of receipt. All returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee and proof of purchase may be required.
Because of the delicate nature of optical discs, we urge you to provide adequate care and protection to your discs. If a title is damaged, altered or lost, replacement may not be possible. We request that all claims for defective titles be made within 15 business days of receipt by the original purchaser to be considered for replacement. Proof of purchase may be required.
Special Orders/Custom Products
Special order and custom products are sometimes available upon request. We deal with a range of vendors that can provide us with products to your specifications. If there is something you can't find, let us know, and we will try to find it or have it fabricated for you. Special order products aren't guaranteed a delivery time for obvious reasons. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds on special order or custom products.
